Store Policies

A note to customers outside of the UK: the buyer/customer is responsible for covering any import fees, taxes and their local rate of VAT. Please contact your local customs authority if you have questions surrounding this. 

As I am a small, one-woman business, please do keep in mind that things may take a little longer than when buying from a larger business. All products are made by me and shipped out from the UK. 

DELIVERY INFORMATION

All products are shipped from Sheffield, UK. I aim to send each order within 7 working days. If you are interested in an expedited shipping option, please get in touch with me directly. Expedited shipping needs to be paid before your order is placed. Please order as soon possible if you would like your order to arrive for a certain date, such as Christmas or birthdays. I cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail on a Tracked 48 service as standard. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email notification of receipt, following which the courier will contact you via text and/or email with your tracking information. Please note, though I aim to despatch orders as soon as possible, your tracking information will likely not be sent on the same day of purchase. 

Please do double check your shipping address at checkout. I cannot be responsible for orders that are lost in the post, lost in transit or for customers entering incorrect information.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If your item arrives damaged, I am happy to send a replacement. Please email me at [email protected] with a photo of the damaged item/s and your order number and I will confirm if a replacement is available. Please note, it may not be possible to replace an original item, and where items are low in stock, you may have to wait a number of weeks for a replacement. 

Damage should be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Unfortunately, I am not able to offer refunds and do not accept returns on any of my products. 

ORIGINALS

All originals are carefully packaged to avoid damage. In the unlikely event that your original item does arrive damaged, please contact me and I will try and assist with a solution. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

I take payment via Stripe for all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can also choose to pay via PayPal at checkout. 

COMMISSIONS & FREELANCE WORK

Commissions and freelance work have their own sets of terms, conditions and agreements. Freelance work is normally agreed on a contract basis, and I provide an illustration agreement document for all commissions, along with an invoice.
